To further enhance the clinical application and operational quality of the CASTOMIZE, Singapore manufacturer recently visited Taiwan to conduct product training and engage with healthcare institutions together with the UniPharma team. The manufacturer also accompanied the team on visits to partner medical institutions, providing hands-on demonstrations and sharing practical clinical experience.
During the training, the manufacturer provided detailed guidance on CASTOMIZE’s product features, proper application procedures, and molding techniques. Through hands-on demonstrations, the UniPharma team gained a better understanding of the complete process, including heating, molding, fitting, and securing the cast, as well as key considerations for clinical application.
In addition to the training sessions, the Singapore manufacturer accompanied the sales team on visits to partner medical institutions across Taiwan. During these visits, the manufacturer exchanged insights with healthcare professionals and shared clinical experience from Singapore, including special patient needs and different application scenarios encountered in clinical practice. This exchange enables partner institutions in Taiwan to gain a better understanding of the practical application of CASTOMIZE.
UniPharma will continue to maintain close collaboration with the CASTOMIZE Singapore manufacturer. Starting this year, the company will also begin promoting additional CASTOMIZE applications for different body areas, including pediatric short-arm casts, upper-arm and elbow casts, and lower-leg-to-foot casts.
