      2. Pack the specimen and the disease sent for testing in a transparent zipper bag and store it in a designated temperature environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Give the remittance information to the patient\/family to ensure that both parties have a contact channel with Huayu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. The check-in staff will check with you the patient’s name and test items<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. After receiving the test submission form and confirming that the sample is correct, the laboratory will take the initiative to contact the patient\/family member to assist in the inspection payment process and answer all kinds of questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. After completing the test and confirming that the test fee has been received, the report will be sent to the designated mailbox of the hospital first, and the invoice and paper report will be sent to the designated address of the patient\/family<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Precautions<\/p>\n\n

        • This test is a self-paid item for outsourced testing, so please be sure to ask the patient or his family to know the test items and instructions for testing, and agree to use the relevant information disclosed on the test submission form reasonably for the purpose of sending the report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • In case of holidays or natural disasters, fires, power outages and other force majeure factors, it will be postponed for one week or a different day, in case of emergency, please be sure to contact the laboratory in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The final acceptance time of the sample and the test submission form is the day before the test (every Monday for overseas testing) to the Taipei Huayu Differentiate Laboratory and confirm the completion of the remittance, and the overdue time will be postponed to the next application cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • In the event of testing, the quality of the sample is poor (such as serum hemolysis, lipid blood, insufficient sample volume, poor storage and transportation conditions, etc.), and the sample must be re-collected to ensure the accuracy of the test; If there is a delay in the issuance of the report for re-testing, the laboratory is not responsible for the delay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If the specimen does not meet the specimen specifications of the laboratory, the customer decides to use the specimen for testing after communication and explanation, and the laboratory is not responsible for the accuracy of the results of the test report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The report issued by this laboratory is for reference only and does not constitute any medical advice, so the test report is not the basis for clinical diagnosis or treatment, and the medical personnel are ultimately responsible for all medical behaviors. The laboratory will not provide any legal responsibility for any results caused by the direct or indirect use of the test report by any natural person, legal person or institution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
